Facial contouring
Jaw, chin and cheekbone reduction — the procedures ID is most associated with internationally.
Independent clinic guide
ID Hospital is best known for bone surgery — facial contouring and two-jaw — and is one of the Seoul names patients from the Gulf search for most. Here is what the hospital itself publishes, and what to ask.
ID Hospital (아이디병원) is a plastic surgery hospital in its own building at 142 Dosan-daero, Gangnam, by Sinsa Station. It is organised into dedicated centres rather than one general practice: facial contouring, two-jaw surgery, eyes, nose — including an ENT-based nose centre — breast, men's surgery and lifting.
Skin treatment is not part of the hospital itself. ID runs a separate dermatology clinic under its own brand, so lasers and injectables are booked there rather than with the surgical teams.
The hospital publishes websites in Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Spanish, Mongolian, Indonesian, Russian and Arabic. That breadth matters most for bone surgery, where consent and recovery instructions are long and specific.
Jaw, chin and cheekbone reduction — the procedures ID is most associated with internationally.
Orthognathic surgery for jaw alignment and facial balance, run as its own centre.
Eye surgery, including a centre for mid-life eyes, and rhinoplasty with a separate ENT-based nose centre for function as well as shape.
Breast surgery, men's procedures and a dedicated lifting centre.
These are the same questions we ask of every clinic. A good clinic answers them in writing without hesitation, and ID Hospital should be no exception.
You pay the clinic directly for treatment. Your written quote lists the clinic's price and our concierge fee as separate lines, before you book.
We recommend clinics and doctors with no fee and no obligation, and you are free to walk away at any point.
Partner clinics pay us a coordination fee. We recommend the clinic that fits you.
At 142 Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in the ID Hospital building near Sinsa Station. It is roughly an hour by car from Incheon International Airport, depending on traffic.
Yes. As of October 2026 the hospital publishes an Arabic site alongside ten other languages. For bone surgery we still recommend having every consent form and recovery instruction explained in the language you are most comfortable in.
Longer than for most cosmetic surgery — often around two weeks, sometimes more for two-jaw surgery, depending on what your surgeon advises. Plan your flights after the consultation, not before.
It depends on the procedure, the surgeon and what is combined; bone surgery is priced very differently from eye or nose work. Rely only on a written, all-in quote that follows a consultation.
This guide is independent and is not written or paid for by the clinic. We can help you compare it with other Seoul clinics for the procedure you want and prepare the questions for your consultation.
