What we check before we recommend
We are not a clinic and we do not make medical decisions. We verify, compare and put it in writing — these are the commitments every recommendation carries.

You pay the clinic directly
You pay the clinic directly for treatment. Your written quote lists the clinic's price and our concierge fee as separate lines, before you book.

Our advice isn't for sale
We're paid the same way whichever partner you choose, so we recommend the clinic that fits you — not the one that pays the most.

Questions before you book
Is it safe to have plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures in Korea?
Yes. Seoul is one of the world's leading destinations for cosmetic surgery and dermatology, and every 8on2 partner clinic is vetted for credentials, board-certified surgeons, accreditation and safety record. We only work with licensed Korean clinics in areas like Gangnam, Apgujeong and Cheongdam, and we stay with you from consultation through recovery.
How much does cosmetic surgery in Korea cost compared to the US or Europe?
Cost depends on the procedure, the clinic and the doctor, so there is no single honest number. 8on2 puts written, all-in quotes in front of you, with every cost on them, so you can compare before you commit.
Which treatments and procedures can 8on2 arrange in Seoul?
We coordinate the full range of Korean beauty and medical care: plastic surgery (rhinoplasty, facial contouring, eye surgery, body), dermatology and skin care (laser, lifting, acne and scar care, signature glass-skin programs), anti-aging (Botox, fillers, threads, regenerative treatments), hair and scalp transplants, and dental veneers, whitening and orthodontics.
Do clinics and doctors in Seoul speak English?
Many top Gangnam clinics have English-speaking staff, and 8on2 assigns you one English-speaking coordinator plus a personal interpreter for every appointment, so nothing gets lost in translation from your first question to your final follow-up.
How long should I stay in Korea for surgery and recovery?
Most cosmetic journeys take about 5–7 days in Seoul, depending on the procedure. We build a day-by-day itinerary around your treatment and recovery — including a private recovery stay and gentle K-spa — and continue aftercare remotely once you're home.
How does 8on2 choose the right clinic and surgeon for me?
Share your goals and medical history and we recommend vetted clinics and board-certified doctors matched to your case — no pressure, and your first consultation and recommendations are free. You receive curated quotes and a clear plan, and you decide. 8on2 is a concierge and coordination service, not a medical provider, so our advice stays on your side.
Do you handle airport pickup, hotels and transport in Seoul?
Yes. 8on2 arranges airport pickup, private rides between your hotel and clinic, vetted recovery residences near your treatment, and the day-to-day logistics of your Seoul trip — so you can focus on your results, not the planning.
Do you receive a commission from clinics?
Yes. Partner clinics pay us a coordination fee, and we charge a concierge fee for interpretation, escort and trip planning. Your first consultation is free, and every cost is quoted in writing before you book. We recommend the clinic that fits you.
Are prices the same as booking the clinic directly?
You pay the clinic directly for treatment. Your written quote lists the clinic's price and our concierge fee as separate lines, so you see every cost before you commit.
Can I compare several clinics before I decide?
Yes — that's the whole point. We usually present one to three matched options with quote ranges and schedules so you can weigh credentials, price and timing side by side. The decision is always yours.
What if I don't like the clinic you recommend?
No problem and no obligation. Tell us what felt off and we'll suggest alternatives or adjust the plan. Talking to us never locks you in.
Are the clinics licensed to treat foreign patients?
We recommend clinics registered to treat international patients where that registration applies. 8on2's own medical-tourism facilitator registration is in progress; until it's complete we lead with our clinic-vetting standard rather than claiming a status we don't yet hold.
Can I speak with the doctor before flying to Korea?
Where the clinic supports it, we arrange a remote consultation or written medical review before you travel, so you can ask questions and confirm the plan in advance.
What if my dates change, or I have complications after I get home?
We help you reschedule appointments and recovery stays if your plans shift, and we stay reachable for aftercare — coordinating follow-ups with your clinic and helping you handle post-op concerns once you're back home.
How do I get started with 8on2?
Book a free consultation. Tell us what you're considering and we'll come back with clinic and doctor recommendations, transparent quotes and a tailored Seoul itinerary — all handled in fluent English, with no obligation.
