Rhinoplasty in Korea

Rhinoplasty in Korea, with the surgeon chosen first.

Korea is where much of the world's Asian rhinoplasty technique was developed. The hard part is not finding a clinic that does noses. It is finding the surgeon whose results look like what you actually want.

Rhinoplasty in Korea draws patients from everywhere because Seoul surgeons operate on noses constantly: bridge augmentation, tip refinement, nose lift, alar reduction and revision work for patients whose first surgery happened somewhere else. Volume builds skill. It also builds clinics that are very good at selling a nose job and less careful about which surgeon actually performs it.

We start with your goal and your anatomy, not with a package. You send photos and tell us what bothers you; we shortlist surgeons whose published work matches that result, arrange consultations with those named surgeons, and interpret every conversation so the plan for your face is not agreed in half-understood English.

Price only matters once the operation is right, so we compare surgeons on fit first and price second, with every cost in a written quote.

What we arrange

Primary rhinoplasty

Bridge and tip work, nose lift, alar reduction and Asian rhinoplasty, with implant or your own cartilage depending on what the surgeon recommends for your nose.

Revision rhinoplasty

For noses that were operated on before. Revision is harder surgery, so we only shortlist surgeons who do it routinely and can show their revision cases.

Consultations before you fly

Photo-based assessments with more than one surgeon, so you arrive in Seoul already knowing who you are meeting and why.

Recovery in Seoul

Splint removal, follow-up visits and a stay near the clinic, planned so you are not flying home before the surgeon has checked you.

What we check before we recommend a clinic

The same written standard applies to every category. A clinic that cannot answer these is not shortlisted, regardless of how well it markets itself.

  • The operating surgeon is named in writing and is board-certified in plastic surgery, with rhinoplasty as a regular part of their work.
  • We see before-and-after work for noses like yours, shown privately at consultation rather than as advertising.
  • Graft and implant choices are explained, including why cartilage from your ear, septum or rib is or is not recommended.
  • The quote covers surgery, anaesthesia, materials, medication and follow-up visits, so the price does not grow on the day.
  • There is a plan for revision and complications that still works after you have gone home.

Rhinoplasty in Korea, answered.

How much does a nose job cost in Korea?

It depends on what is being done. A tip-only refinement, a full rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting and a revision are very different operations, and the price follows the complexity, the materials used and the surgeon. We get you written, all-in quotes from the surgeons you are considering so you are comparing the same thing, not headline numbers.

How long do I need to stay in Korea after rhinoplasty?

Plan on roughly 7–10 days. The splint usually comes off after about a week, and the surgeon will want to see you before you fly. Swelling settles over months, not days, so the nose you see at your flight home is not the final result.

Is Korean rhinoplasty only for Asian noses?

No. Korean surgeons are best known for Asian rhinoplasty — building height and definition — but many also do reduction and refinement for other nose types. That is exactly why matching matters: we shortlist surgeons whose work suits your nose and your goal, not the clinic's most popular look.

Can you help with a revision of surgery I had elsewhere?

Yes, and we treat revision cases more carefully than first operations. We ask for your previous operative details if you have them, and only put you in front of surgeons who do revision rhinoplasty routinely.

Will I know who is operating on me?

You should, and we insist on it. The surgeon you meet at consultation should be the surgeon in the operating room, and we confirm that in writing before you book.
