Toxnfill: an independent guide before you book.

Toxnfill is a high-volume chain best known for toxin and filler. This page sets out what the clinic itself publishes, and what to ask before you sit in the chair.

Independent clinic guide

Toxnfill (톡스앤필) is one of Korea's largest chains of skin clinics, with more than thirty branches nationwide on its Korean site. In Seoul these include its Gangnam main branch near Gangnam Station, Sinnonhyeon, Apgujeong, Samseong, Myeongdong and Hongdae.

The clinic lists dermatology and plastic surgery as its departments, and its menu centres on toxin, filler, contour injections, laser lifting and skin boosters. It states that it uses only genuine products and the correct dosage.

As of November 2026 it publishes separate sites in English, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai and Indonesian, and lists WhatsApp numbers for international patients.

What to confirm before you book

These are the same questions we ask of every clinic. A good clinic answers them in writing without hesitation, and Toxnfill should be no exception.

  1. 01Which doctor will see you and perform the treatment, and whether they are a dermatology specialist or a general practitioner working at a skin clinic.
  2. 02The exact product and the amount: the brand name of the filler, booster or toxin, the number of units or cc, and that the sealed packaging is opened in front of you.
  3. 03Which branch you are booked at. Chain clinics share one name across many branches, and the doctors, devices and prices differ from branch to branch.
  4. 04A written quote that lists each treatment separately, so a package price cannot hide a smaller dose or a different product.
  5. 05What downtime to expect and how many days to leave before your flight, especially after lasers and injectables around the eyes.

How the money works

Your first consultation is free

Your first consultation and clinic recommendations are free (one time), with no obligation to book anything.

You pay the clinic directly

You pay the clinic directly for treatment. Your written quote lists the clinic's price and our concierge fee as separate lines, before you book.

Clinics pay us a coordination fee

Partner clinics pay us a coordination fee for coordinating your care.

Our advice isn't for sale

We're paid the same way whichever partner you choose, so we recommend the clinic that fits you — not the one that pays the most.

Toxnfill, answered.

Which Toxnfill branch should I go to?

Toxnfill has many branches, and each has its own doctors and business registration. Most visitors stay in Gangnam, Myeongdong or Hongdae, where there are branches. Confirm in writing which branch you are booked at.

What does Toxnfill's genuine-product pledge mean?

The clinic states that it uses only genuine products in the correct dose. It is still worth asking to see the sealed product opened in front of you and to have the amount, in units or cc, written on your quote.

How much does treatment at Toxnfill cost?

The chain is known for low headline prices. Make sure the quote names the product and the amount for each treatment, so a lower price is compared like for like.
